State lawmakers in New York are taking a closer look at a legislative proposal to give terminally ill people the right to seek life-ending medication from their physician.
Legislation that would authorize people with terminal illnesses to request life-ending drugs from a physician is again before state lawmakers in Albany.
WASHINGTON (AP) — The full D.C. Council will get its first chance to consider a bill that would allow terminally ill patients to end their lives with the help of a doctor.
