MILWAUKEE (AP) -- The Los Angeles Dodgers say ace Clayton Kershaw received an epidural injection for his sore lower back and will be placed on the 15-day disabled list.
Jacob deGrom's MLB postseason debut couldn't have gone much better. The 27-year-old flame thrower outpitched three-time Cy Young Award winner Clayton Kershaw, striking out 13 Dodgers over seven shutout innings as the New York Mets grabbed Game 1 of the NLDS by a 3-1 final in Los Angeles Friday night.
