ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — New York's craft beer, wine, cider and liquor manufactures have saved nearly $15 million since a series of regulatory reforms and incentives were put in place in an effort to boost the industry.

During Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente Jr.'s annual State of the County address, he laid out a plan for turning Oneida County into a tourist destination. One of the visions from his plan was talks of an American Craft Beer museum right in downtown Utica.

ONEONTA, N.Y. (AP) — Hartwick College is hosting a conference on the science of craft brewing this weekend.

Governor Andrew Cuomo continues to help promote the craft beer, wine, and cider industry in the State of New York. He signed legislation on Monday that allows for expansion in 'home brewing.'
