State Supreme Court Judge Bernadette Clark has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Democratic Minority Leader Frank Tallarino against the Oneida County Board of Legislators and Republican Board Chairman Gerald Fiorini.
A lawsuit has been brought against the Oneida County Board of Legislators by board member Frank Tallarino for what Tallarino claims is an unlawful appointment of committees by Chairman Gerald Fiorini.
Democrats on the Oneida County Board of Legislators are calling for a reconsideration of committee assignments to more accurately reflect the make up of the board.
