"We're moving forward." That's the message from the Executive Director of the Kelberman Center, Robert Myers, speaking on the Keeler Show regarding the Sunset Avenue project planned for South Utica.

Enough already! Haven't we witnessed enough negativity to last a lifetime? Isn't it time to join 'we the majority' and move beyond anti-Stewarts, anti-Hospital, anti-Round-a-bout, anti-Marcy-Nano, anti-Oneidas, anti-Arterial and anti-Kelberman? Also, it must be incredibly exhaustive to put so much work into opposing absolutely everything.

It appears that the Kelberman Center's 60-unit housing project in South Utica will move forward as planned but there is much lingering discussion about whether the city's charter was violated in it's approval process.

''Everyone has to follow the rules. Since they didn't, they have to start from scratch. They have to start over,'' Marino said.

A Kelberman Center housing project that will bring 60 housing units to Sunset Ave. in South Utica has neighbors concerned that the building, and the number of new residents, will overwhelm the block.
