A Delta flight from Atlanta to New York skidded off the runway while trying to land at LaGuardia Airport on Thursday morning. There are no reported injuries.

The front landing gear of a Southwest Airlines plane making a landing at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) in New York City has collapsed. The flight was inbound from Nashville (BNA).

Two separate security issues at New York's LaGuardia and Boston Logan airports affected hundreds of passengers. Andy McKechnie tweeted the whole incident in Boston while sitting in a plane on the runway.
