The New York State Department of Transportation has issued a travel advisory in Utica for bridge construction. On Monday, December 5th from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Lafayette Street between State Street and Varick Street will be closed to traffic due to work on the new Lafayette Street Bridge.
