The Utica man who stands accused of murdering three members of his family in January has been deemed to fit to stand trail, according to Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara.

The man being held for allegedly murdering three members of his family was aware of the media present during his court appearance in Oneida County today.
The Utica man accused of murdering three family members last month has been found not competent to stand trial, and, for the time being, will be held in a psychiatric facility.
Family, friends and neighbors stood in the snow and braved the cold to hold a candlelight vigil for Cindy Golden, and Michelle and Michael Bumbolo on Whitesboro Street in Utica Monday night.
