Castlewood Cafe is heading to New Hartford! The popular local cafe is renovating the old Ponderosa building and plans to open in January with all your favorite dishes from the Champlin Avenue location.

A sign on the Ponderosa Steakhouse in New Hartford indicates that the building is for lease.  Now a sign on another Ponderosa, this one in Herkimer, is grabbing more attention.

The Ponderosa Restaurant location in New Hartford is about to be re-branded as a Bonanza Steakhouse, according to the restaurant's parent company. The Seneca Turnpike location has been closed since January 5th and a sign outside simply invites Ponderosa fans to visit their Herkimer location...
