Even in the midst of a pandemic voters took to the polls Tuesday to make their selection in several primary elections at the local and national level.

New York's state and local primaries races will be decided on a Thursday this year, not a Tuesday.

Several ballot lines will be determined today as voters head to the polls to select their candidates for their respective parties. Polls are open from noon to 9 p.m.
