Jerald Kibler, a 56-year-old man from Arcade, New York is arrested for allegedly leaving threatening voicemail messages. In a separate incident 46-year-old Holly Hoitink of jamestown, New York was charged with ten counts of falsely reporting an incident to Child Protective Services.
