While the craft beer craze is nationwide, the state of Michigan is putting the promotional muscle of their popular 'Pure Michigan' tourism campaign behind the state's breweries.
Utica on Tap took place at the Stanley Theater in Utica on Saturday March 22, 2014 for two sold out sessions to sample 95 different craft beers. I'm not the biggest draft beer fan in the world, but once with no other choice, I picked Shock Top Beer. I think the logo was what attracted me. When it arrived with a slice of orange immersed in it, I was even more concerned, as I'm not big fan of fruit in my beer either. Since that 1st sampling, I've been a huge fan.
