Three teenagers are now in police custody facing murder charges in the death of Anthony J. Miller earlier this month in the Oswego County town of Granby, New York.

The three teens are all from Baldwinsville.  New York State Police say the following allegedly took part in the murder:
  • 16-year old Glenwood E. Carr of Lamson Road
  • 17-year old Michael H. Celi of McHarrie Street
  • 19-year old Zachary M. Scott of VanBuren Road
All three were arraigned by Town Justice Bruce Wells in Granby and brought to the Oswego County Jail.  All are charged with murder in the second degree (a felony) along with burglary in the first degree (also a felony).
State Police say the murder took place on February 3, 2014 and their investigation is continuing.
