Traffic Advisories: Delays and Intermittent Closures in Washington Mills, Utica

Several traffic advisories are being issued today in both Washington Mills and Utica, New York.

Washington Mills:  Drivers are being urged to avoid Kellogg Road from Oxford Road to Oneida Street in Washington Mills until October 17, 2014.

Construction is expected to cause delays and intermittent road closures until then.

Utica: The Oswego, Noyes Street intersection at the Arterial / Route 12 will be closed for road reconstruction.  East and west sections of the roads will be closed at alternating times throughout the day.

The New York State Department of Transportation says work will begin on the West side of Oswego Street.

Signed detours will be in place.
