Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police are investigation back-to-back reports of shots fired in the city. The first incident happened around 2:00 a.m. yesterday at Two J's bar on Rutger Street. They say the perpetrator fired off roughly 11-rounds.

The second incident at approximately 1:00 this afternoon, followed an argument at a business on the corner of Steuben and James Street, when someone fired a shot into the store. They say the suspect and the victim fled the scene before police arrived. Officials are asking anyone with information to come forward. The incidents mark the 21st time this month, UPD has responded for shots fired in Utica.
