Utica Man Accused Of Having Sexual Contact With A Minor

A Utica man has been arrested for allegedly having sexual contact with a girl under the age of 17.

The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center says 58-year old John Stone was charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child.

Stone was processed at the Utica Police Department and issued appearance tickets for Utica City Court at a later date.

The victim has been offered counseling services through the Child Advocacy Center.
