Utica Man Arrested For Possession Of Stolen Vehicle

A Utica man is facing charges following  at traffic stop on Route 5 in New Hartford.

New Hartford Police say 27-year old Ferris Bell was allegedly driving a car that was reported stolen out of Camden in July.

Bell was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

He was also charged with speeding and unlicensed operation.

Bell was sent to the Oneida County jail without bail due to two previous felony convictions.
