A Utica teen is in critical condition after being stabbed early this morning on Blandina Street.

Utica Police say the 17-year old got into an argument with his mother's boyfriend, who allegedly stabbed him in the throat with a sharp instrument.

The suspect, Henry Gomez, fled the scene on foot and is not in police custody.

Police say Gomez should be considered armed and dangerous.
