Utica Zoo Offering Edzoocation Courses This Fall

Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Utica Zoo is offering "Edzoocation" courses for visitors young and old beginning Friday.

Classes provide educational and hands-on opportunities for children and families not only to learn more about the zoo but to get a more interactive look at the animals and their habitats.

Classes begin as early as September 28, 2012 and run through November.

Classes include "Zoo Adventures" for preschoolers and "Animal Antics" for children ages three to five.  There are also specific classes geared toward the needs of homeschoolers.
