Yorkville Man Charged With Grand Larceny

A Yorkville man is facing charges following an investigation into employee theft at United Auto Supply in New Hartford.

40-year old William Marriott is charged with one count of grand larceny and nine counts of falisfying business records.

New Hartford Police say Marriot allegedly stole over $2,700 over a four month period while he worked as the store manager.

Police say Marriott created false merchandise return records to conceal the cash loss to the business.
