The Buffalo Bills announced today via Twitter that they are making a change at quarterback following this Sunday's loss to the Texans.

He said he made the decision on Monday afternoon.

Orton is a 31 year old 10 year veteran of the NFL who was obtained from Dallas this year, where he played in 3 games in 2013.  He was drafted by the Chicago Bears in 2005 as their starting quarterback.  He's also played for Denver and Kansas City.

Orton signed a two-year, $11 million contract with the Bills on August 29th.

The Bills play at the Detroit Lions on Sunday.
