Westlake Village, CA (WIBX) - Dole says that its "Seven Lettuces" bagged salads may have one ingredient too many...salmonella.

No illnesses have been reported but a random test sample taken in New York state revealed evidence of the bacteria.

Symptoms of salmonella poisoning are usually seen within 8 to 72 hours after eating contaminated food and include diarrhea, stomach cramps, and fever.

A total of 756 cases have been recalled. The salad was sold in New York and 14 other states.

The recall affects products with the UPC code: 71430 01057.
