ERC International Employee Charged In Theft Of Copper Piping

An Ava man who worked as a security officer at ERC International in Utica has been arrested for stealing copper piping from the company.

Utica Police say 23-year old Eric Engle admitted to taking several thousand dollars worth of copper since October

Engle was charged with grand larceny.
