Former Watertown Man Arrested For Sexual Conduct

State Police in Watertown have arrested a Virginia man on 2 counts of Course Sexual Conduct with a child.

Police say Richard Gibson, 39, of Newport News, VA, allegedly engaged in sexual contact with two children between October 1996 and December 2000 in Watertown.

Gibson was arrested by Virginia State police and extradited to New York State on March 14th and sent to the Jefferson County Jail with no bail.
