Gov. Cuomo Orders Flags Lowered for NY Sailor Killed in USS McCain Collision

Governor Cuomo has ordered flags at all New York State buildings to be lowered to half staff on Tuesday in honor of a fallen sailor from the Hudson Valley.

Corey George Ingram, 28, was an 2nd Class Information Systems Technician from Poughkeepsie, NY. Ingram is one of ten sailors who died last week when the USS John S. McCain collided with a oil tanker. The Navy announced Monday the bodies of all ten have been recovered from compartment that became flooded after the impact.
