Herkimer College Ranked Second Best Community College In NY

Herkimer College has been ranked as the second best community college in New York Sate for the 2016-2017 academic year.

The ranking comes from EDsmart.org.

Herkimer was one of 121 community colleges evaluated and ranked based on four categories -- accreditation, affordability, academic quality and student satisfaction.

The college scored 91.75 out of a possible 100 points.

“This recognition reaffirms the dedication of our faculty and staff in ensuring quality academic programs and services and a premiere educational experience for our students,” said President Cathleen C. McColgin.
