The owner of the Sylvan Beach Amusement Park, the Renaissance Fair in Sterling and about 50 rental properties in Oswego is accused of demanding sex in exchange of lower rents and maintenance work at his properties.

According to Syracuse.com, six woman and CNY Fair Housing are suing landlord Douglas Waterbury in Federal Court, claiming he used his position to sexually harass them starting in 2012.

The lawsuit filed on Tuesday claims Waterbury explicitly told the women he wanted sex in exchange for the lower rent prices.

The report says there of the six women gave into the Waterbury's demands and has sex with him in exchange for lower rents, while three other refused, with one going homeless.
