Learn About Oriskany Battlefield

Oriskany, NY (WIBX) - You have the opportunity to join a ranger from Fort Stanwix National Monument to learn more about the site of one of the bloodiest battles of the American Revolution.

The Oriskany Battlefield State Historic Site is at 7801 State Route 69.

The program is being offered on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. and then again at 2:00 p.m. It will start at the battlefield visitor center. It's free to attend.

You're advised to wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather.
