More Charges for Brandon Hinman

Third degree grand larceny is the latest charge being made against a Weedsport man whose wife was stricken with, and succumbed to, a rare form of pregnancy cancer.

Additional charges against Brandon Hinman were filed on Thursday after Hinman was charged earlier in the week with criminal possession of a forged instrument.

The new charges are the result of accusations that Brandon Hinman took approximately $45,000 from an account set up for his twin daughters.  The girls were born prematurely  just before their mother, Jenna Hinman, was diagnosed with a rare pregnancy cancer.  Jenna Hinman passed away on May 5, 2014.
