Oneida Men Face Charges After Tip Leads To Arrests
The Madison County Sheriff's Office says an anonymous tip regarding illegal drugs and a large amount of untaxed cigarettes has led to the arrests of two Oneida men.
33-year old Eric Graham and 48-year old Brian Congden are facing charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance and transporting unstamped cigarettes.
Investigators say Graham and Congden allegedly purchased more than 10,000 unstamped cigarettes in the Buffalo area and then transported them in their vehicle to be resold.
They say Graham was in also allegedly in possession of heroin with the intent to sell.
Oneida City Police assisted Sheriff's investigators with the case.
