The Utica man accused of killing three of his family members has one week to decide whether to accept a plea offer.

Paul Bumbolo was in Oneida County Court on Monday for a pre-trial conference.  Details of the plea offer were not disclosed.

Bumbolo is scheduled to return to court on May 4th to announce his decision.  If he doesn't accept the offer, the case will head to trial.

Bumbolo is facing one count of first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murder in the deaths of his adoptive mother, uncle and step sister at their Whitesboro Street home in January.

He was deemed fit to stand trial earlier this month after about two months in a psychiatric facility.
