Rubber-armed Miguel Batista is about to join the 12th different team in his 18-year Major League career, according to reports.

Batista was designated for assignment by the Mets this week (basically cut loose) and according to a tweet from Newsday's David Lennon, he will sign with the Atlanta Braves.

The 41-year-old appeared in 30 game for the Mets this season, including five starts, with a record of 1-3 with a 4.83 ERA in 46.2 innings.
