Utica Man Accused Of Shoplifting At Chanatry’s Market

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica police arrested a man for making off with $228.25 worth of items from Chanatry's Market on French Road. According to the report, 36-year-old Jose Polanco of Lowell Avenue, is facing a Petit Larceny charge for allegedly leaving the store without paying for a large quantity of tooth brushes, tooth paste and cough medicine. Polanco was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a later date in Utica City Court.
