Utica Man Arrested For Forcible Touching

A Utica man has been arrested for forcible touching.

Utica Police arrested Fadil Ukshini, 35, of Noyes Street after he allegedly followed a 26 year old female that he knew after she told him to leave her alone.

Police say Ukshini allegedly attempted to kiss the woman and grab her breasts.

The victim also claimed that Ukshini also exposed his penis.

The incident was alleged to have happened near the intersection of Noyes Street and York Street.
