The Oneida County Child Advocacy Center has arrested a Utica man for sexual abuse.

21-year old Anthony Getti of Utica is accused of sexually abusing a 13-year old boy and endangering the welfare of two other children.

Authorities say the three children were all reported missing at the time and had run away from their homes in Utica.
