Pitcher Will Ohman Cut By Nationals — In the Middle of a Game!
Relief pitcher Will Ohman made his first — and last — appearance for the Washington Nationals this spring against the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday. Ohman allowed two hits and two walks in one inning pitched, and he was promptly cut from the team before he got to the showers.
Will Ohman, who pitched the sixth inning today, was cut before the game ended. Tough day at the office.

Ohman, 35, inked a minor league deal with the Nationals in February. The left-hander was 0-2 with a 6.41 ERA for the Chicago White Sox in 2012. He’s best known for his impression of Cubs’ broadcasting legend Harry Caray.
While Ohman is still in the Nationals’ organization, they didn’t take long to decide that the southpaw didn’t have enough “Nattitude” to stay in DC. Seems like he’s got plenty to us.
