AIDS Community Resources Hosts Zumbathon

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Do you Zumba? Are you interested in doing it for a good cause?

The Zumbathon, sponsored by the non-profit group AIDS Community Resources, is taking place on March 5th, at the Parkway Recreation Center in Utica.

Due to the state’s looming budget cuts, the group says it has lost significant funding opportunities. Organizers say that fundraisers like the Zumbathon help maintain youth programming.

The event will have live music performances, food, door prizes, as well as other activities.
