Camillus Man Charged With Having Sexual Contact With Underage Teen

A Camillus man has been arrested after allegedly having sexual contact with a 16 year old boy.

State police say Andrew Pensabene, 48, was charged with criminal sex act, unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment.

Pensabene allegedly had sexual contact with the boy from July 14, to July 20, in the Town of Newport, and investigators say there may be more victims in the Onondaga County area.

He was sent to the Herkimer County Jail on $5,000 bail.
