Utica, NY (WIBX) -  Leon Koziol's federal civil rights lawsuit has been consolidated with a pervious case. Instead of a test case, the suits are being designated as a Lead Case and a Member Case.

Koziol is suing the New York State Chief Justice and Unified Court System, among others, over what he calls out-dated and unfair laws for parents and children, including custoday and child support.  His suit is seeking millions in damages, alleging that lawyers and the court system create manufactured controversies for financial gain.

Koziol's law license is currently suspended for his failure to pay child support. Koziol is hosting a national Parenting Rights Convention in New York City on December 26-27, 2010 at the Plaza Hotel.
