The two remaining defendants in the Floyd bombing case were in Oneida County Court today.

Donna Seppi pleaded guilty to a conspiracy charge and will serve one and-a-third to four years in state prison.  She'll be sentenced on November 30th

Meanwhile, Cindy Shields rejected a plea offer.  Shields will be back in court on October 29th.

Keith Seppi pleaded guilty on Tuesday to assault and will be sentenced to 20 years in prison.

All three are charged with conspiring to place an explosive device at the home of corrections officer Alan Dorbansky in May.

Dobransky was critically injured when the package exploded.

Authorities say Shields had been working as the caretaker for Dobransky’s mother for four years and allegedly stole money from her.  They say Dobransky had planned to make a report to law enforcement in Ohio.
