Oneida Looking For Volunteers For Flood Cleanup

Luke Tubia, WIBX

The city of Oneida is looking for volunteers to help clean up in flood affected areas tomorrow.

Acting Mayor Alden Smith says many properties are in need of yard work and moving debris to the street.

Volunteers are asked to sign up in the Oneida Recreation Center on Cedar Street from 10:00  to 5:00.

If any residents in flood affected areas need help, they’re asked to sign up at the rec center as well and volunteers will be dispatched to their addresses.
