Rome Man Arrested For Unlawful Imprisonment

Rome, NY (WIBX) - State Police are holding a Rome man for imprisoning a 26-year old woman while she was shopping at a Wal-Mart on Rome-Taberg Road.
24-Year old Giovanni Beltran was arrested for allegedly grabbing the victim and holding her to the ground. Troopers say Beltran was pulled off of the victim by his brother before he was taken into custody.
The victim was not injured.
