Utica, NY (WIBX) - Yesterday, following the conclusion of an emotional trial involving the shooting death of a law enforcement official, the Oneida County Board of Legislature voted unanimously to rename the building in honor of the fallen officer, Deputy Sheriff Kurt B. Wyman.
