KINGSTON, N.Y. (AP) — The Federal Railroad Administration is reviewing the safety of railroad crossings in the Hudson Valley after a 15-year-old boy was struck and killed by a freight train last week.
In response to the death of a teenager who died after drinking caffeinated energy drinks over a period of days the Chicago City Council is considering legislation banning high caffeine energy drinks in the city.
