Crews from the New York Susquehanna and Western Railroad spent Monday morning removing a runaway train car that crashed into a stationary locomotive at Utica's Union Station on July 21st.
Video from the train crash at Union Station on July 21, 2015 in Utica has been released. In the video above the train is seen in the upper middle portion of the video at approximately the :50 second mark.
There are still questions remaining as to how and why the idle train car's brakes were released on Wednesday causing it to roll uncontrolled into Union Station in Utica.
The thought that it could have been done intentionally by kids is one theory and people are still wondering about the person who was slightly injured after the runaway train car struck his vehicle...
