William Potoczny Facing New Charge

A New Hartford man who was already in custody in Bergen County, New Jersey for allegedly trying to meet a six-year old girl for sex is now facing charges locally.

New Hartford Police arrested 59-year old William Potoczny after seizing his computer and digital camera

A New Hartford man has been arrested in New Jersey for allegedly trying to have sex with a six-year old girl.

According to Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli, 59-year old William Potoczny is facing several charges, including attempted aggravated sexual assault
