Utica, NY (WIBX) – The Utica Brewers have a new arm, following the signing of right handed pitcher, Tim Murdick.

Murdick, an Albany native, went to Averill Park High School and signed with High Point University in North Carolina before transferring to Hudson Valley Community College.

Assistant General Manager, Vince Farfaglia, says Murdick has the potential to be a top-three starter, and “will match up with other top arms Tyler Bowditch and Miguel Navarro.”

The Brewers will host their first game on June 2nd, when they face the Syracuse Salt Cats. Season tickets are on sale now at the Brewers Box Office. To purchase tickets, call 527-1900.
