West Utica Comes Alive to Celebrate The Boilermaker Road Race [PHOTOS]

Boilermaker Sunday is the day that many Central New Yorkers look forward to each year.  It's the day that our community opens its arms to the road runners of the world as the largest 15K road race in America is run.
