Albany-To-Buffalo Air Service Starts
ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) — There's a new passenger air service between Albany and Buffalo.
OneJet launched the service Tuesday with twice-daily, round-trip flights on weekdays.
OneJet CEO Matthew Maguire told the Times-Union of Albany that flight times are 35 minutes from wheels up to wheels down, shaving significant time off a cross-state drive.
Fares are expected to be in the $150 to $180 range each way.
Previous service on the route had ended in 2010.
