A 34-year-old Dolgeville man is in police custody in the state of Ohio after being sought in connection with a gruesome murder at an highway rest area.

Ohio State Highway Patrol updated it's Facebook posting on Sunday to say Paul Randall Jr. was in custody.

OSHP issued a 'Be On the Look Out' notice on social media on Saturday, saying Randall was wanted in connection with a murder investigation which occurred shortly after 11:00 p.m. Friday night at a rest area on Interstate 77 in Bath Township, in Summit County. Witnesses told troopers they had witnessed an argument between two men. Randall is alleged to have stolen the victim's pickup truck, knocked him to the ground then run him over, the release said.

The posting on OSHP's Facebook page read, ''The suspect did not stop.''

The victim's Ford F-350 was later found in a parking lot in downtown Cleveland, police said.
